In limited cases, we collect personal data of persons under the age of 18 who accompany you, which are necessary to fill in the address cards for accommodation (the information collected is identical to that of adults, except that contact information, bank and other financial information).
In addition, we carry out video surveillance in our facilities in order to protect the security of our guests and their belongings. We do not use technologies that allow us to identify you, nor do we otherwise collect biometric data about you (eg, recognizing your facial features). We store the videos in a secure location, allowing only a limited number of people to access them and only when necessary.

How long do we keep your personal data?
