The working hours of the reception are every day from 08.00 - 20.00 hours. After the working time of the reception, check-ins are self check in. 24 hours before your check-in date, you will receive an email instruction with the access codes for the front door and the key box code for your room. Guests are required to provide an arrival time. If you have requested an overtaking time during the working hours at the reception, you will be accommodated and registered at the reception. In case your check-in time is after 20.00 you will receive an instruction with access codes to your room. ( 24 hours before arrival ). In this case, registration is online and guests must provide passports or identity cards before arrival.
Free cancellation 48 hours before arrival: You can cancel for free until 2 days before arrival. If you cancel within 2 day of arrival, the cancellation fee will be the total price of the reservation. If you don't show up, the no-show fee will be the same as the cancellation fee.
Pets are not allowed. (subject to a BGN 100 fine)
No smoking! Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and common areas of the hotel. (subject to a BGN 100 fine)
The number of unregistered visitors, together with the accommodated guests, cannot exceed the capacity of the respective room.Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay in the hotel after 8:00 p.m.(subject to a BGN 100 fine)
Guests are obliged to keep quiet and not disturb the peace of other guests in the hotel between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. In case of violation, guests are fined BGN 100 and removed from the hotel with the help of the Security Service or the Police. Amounts for prepaid nights are not refundable!
Guests are required to keep the keys and access chips. In case of lost keys and access chip, the guest pays the sum of BGN 50
For acts of vandalism by the guests and damage to the rooms, the guests pay a fine of BGN 100 plus the value of the damage and are removed from the hotel with the help of the Security Service or the Police.
For violation of the above rules, the hotel has the right to charge the guest's bank card used for booking.
NO PARKING! The hotel does not have own parking lots and the area around the hotel is paid (green area). You can park on the street in front of the hotel or in the neighboring streets. Parking is paid from 8.30 in the morning to 19.30 in the afternoon on weekdays. From 10.00 to 18.00 on Saturdays and free of charge on Sundays and public holidays. The price per hour is BGN 1.00 (0.50 euro cents). You can buy parking tickets at the reception (08.00h-20.00h) or pay by SMS by sending a message to the number 1503 with the number of the car. The nearest paid parking is at the Zaimov park. (800 meters)
The hotel does not offer meals.
